Ailsa's Aim is delighted to offer a gentle, supportive Yoga for Cancer Patients session each month — designed to help you care for your body and mind through mindful movement and relaxation. 💛

🧘 Suitable for all levels — no experience or equipment needed. These sessions are created especially for anyone undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment.

🌿 Led by a qualified instructor with experience in cancer care, in a calm and welcoming environment.
